Enrolment at BEL

From first enquiry to a supported start.

Enrolment is more than confirming a place. It is the beginning of a relationship in which the team learns what helps your child feel safe, participate and grow.

What this means in practice

A clear pathway for families.

Timing and availability vary, but the steps should feel understandable and personal.

1. Share

Tell us your child’s age, preferred days, approximate start date, previous care and family priorities.

2. Visit

Meet the team, see the rooms and connect your questions with real BEL practice.

3. Discuss

Talk through current availability, fees, CCS, routines and the most relevant room.

4. Confirm

Complete the required enrolment information after the service confirms an available place and agreed details.

5. Prepare

Share comfort cues, communication, interests, routines and any additional support information.

6. Settle together

Educators stay close, respond calmly and keep communication specific during the first days and weeks.

Capabilities children build

Growth that matters now—and through the transition to school.

Start with the information that helps us understand your child.

A tour request does not reserve a place, but it gives the team enough context to make the next conversation practical and personal.
