Every member of BEL's core leadership team holds a bachelor's degree alongside their early childhood qualifications—bringing degree-level knowledge across education, midwifery, hospitality and accountancy to the centre.

Star Nicollette Domingo
Star leads BEL as Nominated Supervisor. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, is a qualified Food Safety Supervisor, and holds a Bachelor of Midwifery.
Educational Leader & Preschool Room Leader
Jeanica Mae Mancao
Jeanica is BEL's Educational Leader and Preschool Room Leader. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and an overseas bachelor's degree in Education, majoring in General Education.
Senior 2IC & Nursery Room Leader
Ninia Karla Capuyon Villajuan
Ninia is BEL's Senior 2IC and Nursery Room Leader. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
